-1</sup> 的蘭炭化學(xué)鏈氣化模型,并通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)驗證了模型的準(zhǔn)確性。研究了氣化反應(yīng)器溫度、空氣反應(yīng)器溫度和水碳摩爾比等因素對系性能的影響,確定了蘭炭化學(xué)鏈反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)的最佳自熱運行條件,并與常規(guī)蘭炭氣化的熱效率進行了對比。研究結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)蘭炭的給料量為 83.33t<sup>?</sup>h<sup>-1</sup> 時,蘭炭化學(xué)鏈氣化系統(tǒng)的最佳自熱運行條件如下:水蒸氣流量為 108.99t?h<sup>-1</sup> ,蘭炭燃料氣化反應(yīng)器溫度為 900<sup>°</sup>C ,空氣反應(yīng)器溫度為 1 000°C ,空氣流量為 247.25t?h<sup>-1</sup> ,載氧體 CaSO<sub>4</sub>/Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 與蘭炭給料量的質(zhì)量比為1.92,載熱體 Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 與載氧體 CaSO<sub>4</sub>/Fe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> 的質(zhì)量比為16.29。此時,合成氣的質(zhì)量流量為(20號 80.13t<sup>?</sup>h<sup>-1</sup> ,合成氣的產(chǎn)率為 1700cm<sup>3</sup>?kg<sup>-1</sup> 。整體上,蘭炭化學(xué)鏈氣化系統(tǒng)的熱效率為83.81% ,高于常規(guī)蘭炭氣化系統(tǒng)的熱效率 80.51% ,主要歸因于其省去了空分制氧過程,表現(xiàn)出顯著的性能優(yōu)勢和發(fā)展?jié)摿?。研究結(jié)果可為蘭炭化學(xué)鏈氣化的工業(yè)應(yīng)用提供一定的參考。-龍源期刊網(wǎng)" />

Analysis and Optimization of Autothermal Operation Parameters for Semi-Coke Chemical Looping Gasification System

Abstract: To achieve eficient and clean utilization of semi-coke,an autothermal chemical looping gasification system for syngas production from semi-coke is proposed. Based on the principle of Gibbs free energy minimization and the laws of energy and mass conservation, a chemical looping gasification model with a processing capacity of 2 000t?d-1 is established and validated with experimental data. The effects of key parameters, including gasifier temperature,air reactor temperature,and steam-to-carbon molar ratio,on system performance are investigated. The optimal autothermal operating conditions for the semi-coke chemical looping gasification system are determined and compared with conventional semi-coke gasification in terms of thermal efficiency. The results demonstrate that under a semi-coke feeding rate of 83. 33t?h-1 ,the optimal autothermal operating conditions are: steam flow rate of 108.99t?h-1 ,gasifier temperature of 900°C ,air reactor temperature of 1000°C ,air flow rate of 247.25t?h-1 ,mass ratio of oxygen carrier ( CaSO4/Fe2O3 )to semi-coke feed of 1.92,and mass ratio of heat carrier (Al2O3 ) to oxygen carrier of 16.29. Under these conditions,the system achieves a syngas mass flow rate of 80. 13t?h-1 with a production yield of 1700cm3?kg-1 . The overall thermal efficiency of the chemical looping gasification system reaches 83.81% ,significantly higher than the 80.51% efficiency of conventional semi-coke gasification,primarily due to the elimination of the air separation unit for oxygen production. This demonstrates notable performance advantages and development potential. The findings provide important references for industrial applications of semi-coke chemical looping gasification.
