摘  要：在智慧圖書(shū)館的建設(shè)背景下，高校圖書(shū)館迎來(lái)了服務(wù)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型的良好機(jī)遇。高校是人才培養(yǎng)的重要陣地，是教學(xué)、科研、社會(huì)服務(wù)的成果集散地。如何創(chuàng)新知識(shí)服務(wù)模式來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)構(gòu)現(xiàn)有成果的有效管理和挖掘利用，使其在學(xué)科建設(shè)、科研管理、科學(xué)決策等方面發(fā)揮積極作用，是亟須思考的一個(gè)重要課題。

Abstract： Under the background of the construction of smart library， university library has ushered in a good opportunity of service upgrading and transformation. Universities are the important positions for cultivating talents， as well as the results distribution centers of teaching， scientific research and social services. How to innovate the knowledge service mode to realize the effective management and excavation and utilization of the existing achievements of the institution and make it play a positive role in discipline construction， scientific research management， scientific decision making and so on is an important subject that we need to think about.
