石蠟光安定性測定儀校準(zhǔn)方法研究及其測量不確定度評定

【摘要】本文參考SH/T 0404—2008《石蠟光安定性測定法》和GB/T 34097—2017《石油產(chǎn)品光安定性測定法》，對石蠟光安定性測定儀紫外輻照度和溫度參數(shù)的校準(zhǔn)方法進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹，采用直接測量法對其測量值進(jìn)行不確定度評定，并進(jìn)行分析。

Study on the Calibration Method of Paraffin Light Stability Tester and Its Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation

Abstract： With reference to SH/T 0404—2008 Test method for light stability of paraffin wax and GB/T 34097—2017 Test method for light stability of petroleum products. This paper introduces in detail the calibration methods of ultraviolet irradiance and temperature parameters of the paraffin light stability tester， evaluates the uncertainty of the measured values by direct measurement， and analyzes them.
