Abstract：QingDynastyphysician Chen Fuzheng's Youyou Jicheng，ofersacomprehensiveanalysisof theetiology，Pathogenesis，andtreatmentofhidrosissyndrome，summarizesthecharacteristicsofidrosissyndrometreatmentalongwithspecificprescriptions.ChenFuzhengcategorizeshidrosissyndromeintotwotypes：deficiencysyndromeandexcesssyndrome.Heidentistheprimarylocationsofdiseaseastheheart，ungs，andspleen，withafocusonhartdeficiencyacompaniedbyinteralheat，deficiency syndromeofthelung，weaknessofspleenYang；Heemphasizestheroleoffodaccmulationandnightsweating，linking theseconditionstotresweatingresultingfromstomachheat，dampness，andheatobstructingthehippocampus.Treatselfsweatingfromtheinsideandeoutside，headdressssweatingfrotesurfce，otingthatssusreatedtoteexteriorind，loodndicadicate deficiencieswithin.Thisboksignificantlyenrichescliicalexperienceinthtreatmentofhidrosissyndromeandremainsavaluable guide for contemporary clinical treatment in this area.
