Abstract：Prematureovarian insufciencyhasbecomeoneof thecommongynecologicaldiseases that troublemidle-agedand young women.Westernmedicinehasfoundthatprematureovarianinsuficiencyiscloselyrelatedto“melancholia”.ZhuDanxi'stheo ryof he“sixidsofstsis”heyfdepression，blodepresson，ireeprsio，gdepressiondampsseo， andfooddepresionhashadaprofound impact.Theauthorappiedthe“sixkindsofstasis”theorytothetreatmentof early -- onset ovarianinsfciencandproosdteconceptof"addingdredgingtosulement，pingattntiontothdalectisofsixkindsoftsis ”，providing a new direction for its clinical treatment.

早發(fā)性卵巢功能不全（prematureovarianinsuf-ficiency，POI）是指女性在40歲之前出現(xiàn)的卵巢功能逐漸下降甚至衰竭的一種內(nèi)分泌紊亂性疾病，表現(xiàn)為月經(jīng)量減少甚則閉經(jīng)，伴有促性腺激素水平升高和雌激素水平降低。（剩余7109字）
