Research progress on RNA fungicides

Abstract: RNA fungicides use RNA interference technology to inhibit or kill crop pathogenic bacteria by suppressing the expression of important functional genes. These fungicides have strong targeting and environmentally friendly characteristics, which are beneficial for green and precise prevention and control of crop diseases. The mechanism of RNA interference, dsRNA synthesis technology, research and development of RNA fungicides and their application in disease prevention and control were summarized. And the existing problems of RNA fungicides were analyzed, prospect for their future development trends was presented.

作物病害的發(fā)生給農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)造成嚴重的經(jīng)濟損失,目前對農(nóng)作物病害的防控主要是采取化學農(nóng)藥防控,但化學農(nóng)藥過量使用導致病害抗藥性增強、農(nóng)藥殘留超標、生物多樣性降低和環(huán)境污染等負面問題[1],導致防治成本提高,還嚴重影響農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和人體健康。(剩余10287字)
