甜櫻桃裂果的影響因素及其機(jī)理研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:甜櫻桃裂果是影響其果實(shí)品質(zhì)的重要原因之一,每年都會(huì)因裂果造成巨大的損失。從外部因素、品種遺傳特性、礦質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)、細(xì)胞壁修飾、簡(jiǎn)介激素調(diào)控及栽培管理等方面綜述了甜櫻桃裂果的影響因素、裂果機(jī)理研究進(jìn)展,并介紹防治方法,為生產(chǎn)上防治甜櫻桃裂果提供參考。

Research progress on influencing factors and mechanisms of sweet cherry cracking
Abstract: Cracking of sweet cherry is one of the important factors affecting its fruit quality, which causes huge losses every year. In this review, research progress on the influencing factors, cracking mechanisms were introduced and sweet cherry cracking was summarized from the aspects of external factors, genetic characteristics of varieties, mineral nutrition, cell wall modification, hormone regulation, and cultivation management. And so as to provide reference for the prevention and control of sweet cherry cracking in production.
