煙草行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)策略分析

摘要：文章首先分析了煙草行業(yè)的市場(chǎng)前景與發(fā)展的不足而后從煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)實(shí)際運(yùn)營(yíng)機(jī)制出發(fā)分析了煙草行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的主要需求最后提出了關(guān)于煙草行業(yè)信息化建設(shè)的措施。文章旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)“業(yè)務(wù)流程再造、提高產(chǎn)能產(chǎn)值、改革營(yíng)銷環(huán)境”的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展目標(biāo)促進(jìn)煙草行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。

Analysis of information construction strategy of tobacco industry

Abstract：The article first analyzes the market prospect and development of the tobacco industry，then starts from the actual operation mechanism of the tobacco industry， analyzes the main needs of the tobacco industry informatization construction， and finally puts forward the measures for the tobacco industry informatization construction. Based on this， it is hoped that the transformation and development goals of “business process reengineering， increasing production capacity and output value， and reforming the marketing environment” can be achieved， and the sustainable and healthy development of the tobacco industry can be promoted.

我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)采用的是“統(tǒng)一領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、垂直監(jiān)管、專營(yíng)專賣”的制度體系，相關(guān)產(chǎn)品流轉(zhuǎn)過程中的“煙草稅”是國(guó)家財(cái)政收入的主要來(lái)源，所以煙草行業(yè)在我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系中占據(jù)了重要位置。（剩余4867字）
