[摘    要]以南鋼3 500 mm定尺剪為例，詳細(xì)介紹工業(yè)機(jī)器人在定尺取樣系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用，視覺與機(jī)器人共同坐標(biāo)系建立，機(jī)器人取樣、存料、切割、激光打標(biāo)、數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)及伺服控制系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用。

南鋼3500定尺剪于2021年投用全球首例工業(yè)機(jī)器人視覺伺服自動(dòng)取樣切割系統(tǒng)，視覺采用3D結(jié)構(gòu)光自動(dòng)計(jì)算樣條角度，與工業(yè)機(jī)器人采用同一坐標(biāo)系，機(jī)器人根據(jù)視覺數(shù)據(jù)自動(dòng)擺動(dòng)進(jìn)行取樣。（剩余3255字）
