[Abstract]Osseousmetastaticcancerpain，resulting fromcancerspread tothebones，isacommoncomplicationin advancedcancerpatients.Basedonthetherapeuticprincipleof"moxibustiononBack-Shupoints，injectingonAshipoints，"and thepathogenesisofcancerpaincharacterizedby"nutitiveqideficiencyandbloodstasis"（Rong-Kui-Yu-Shang）thisstudydisces theroleof Back-ShuandAshi points inthetreatmentofossousmetastaticcancerpain.Atreatment approach involving the combinationofthesepointsisproposed："moxibustiononBack-Shupoints"totonifytheidneynourishthebones，andregulatethe zang-fu，and"injetingonAshipoints"toregulateqbloodireulationandaleviatepinIntersofpatendentifiand pointselection，thefocusisonsafeguardingthestomach，warmingyang，andexplingpathogenicfactors，andprotectingthe stomachqitoharmonizeqi-bloodandalleviatepainforifyingthemiddejiaoandreplenishingessencetonourishblood，warm yang，andtonifytheliverandkidneypurgingexcesandunblockingstasistoexpelpathogens，removetoxins，andaleviatebipatempain，withadditionalmethods tosothetheliver，calmthemind，andpromotepainreliefthroughmultiplesynergistic collaboration.
