[Abstract]Mawangdui medicineembodiesprofound historicalandculturalconotations.While previousstudies havelaid adocumentaryfoundationforinterpretingitsmedicalculture，thereremainsampleopportunitytofurtherexploreitsontological， cognitive，andpracticaldimensionswithinthecontemporaryacademiclandscape.Buildingupontheresearchachievementsof previousscholars，thisstudyestablishesa"oneentityandtheedimensions"（ontology-cogntion-practice）theoreticalframework. Combinedwiththedualvalueperspectiveof "use-existence"ofhistoricalculturalheritageandfolowing thefiveguiding principlesof"autenticity，systematicness，inovativeness，dyamicinheritance，andopenness"，hestudyeconstructsthealue andsignificanceoftheMawangdui medicalculturesystemashistoricalandculturalheritagetoalignwithnewcultural contexts，socialenvironments，anddevelopmentaldemands.Thestudyfindsthatthroughvaluereconstruction，theMawangdui medicalculturesystemwastransformedintoadynamicculturalecosystemthatintegratestraditionalmedicinewisdomwith modemtechnologicalcivilization.ItnotonlyprovidesempiricalsupportfortracingthefundamentaltheoriesofChinese medicine，butalsoshowcasesuniqueinterpretativeadvantagesinthemodemizationandinternationalizationofChinese medicine.Bybreakingthroughtheconventionalrelianceonstatichistoricalmaterialswhilepreservingculturalauthenticitythe studyrevealsthatthereconstructionofculturalheritagevalueiskeytoachievinganorganicunitybetweenuse-valuand existence-value，therebyoferinganoveltheoreticalframeworkfortheparticipationoftradionalmedicineindialogueswith modern civilization.
