Abstract： A company plans to convert a 5000t launching barge， originally designed for Inland River Class B navigation areas， into an offshore transport barge to better align with corporate development and current market demands.This paper analyzes the feasibility ofthe conversion scheme and focuses on the challnges in structural redesign under the requirements of the China Clasification Society （CCS），including longitudinal strength calculation beyond standard specifications，direct wave load calculation，structural compliance assessment，and global fnite element analysis.The proposed conversion scheme ofers simplified construction and provides reference for similar vessel modifications.

某公司原有內河5000t級下水駁船，該下水駁是根據公司船臺、碼頭場地條件設計建造，由浮箱和四個塔樓組成，其中艉部塔樓為可拆式，浮箱甲板配備拉移軌道和頂推設備，主要用于小型船舶下水。（剩余4507字）
