摘    要：以DP2附加標(biāo)志的平臺(tái)功率管理系統(tǒng)為分析對(duì)象，從規(guī)范要求尋找設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)，分析DP2海上風(fēng)電安裝平臺(tái)功率管理系統(tǒng)的配置，探討電站在不同管理模式下發(fā)電機(jī)組的運(yùn)行情況，以及配電板母排聯(lián)絡(luò)開關(guān)的分合閘狀態(tài)，為相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)部門提供技術(shù)參考。

Abstract： Taking the platform power management system with DP2 additional notation as the analysis object， the design key points are found from the rules requirements， to study the configuration of the power management system for DP2 offshore wind turbine installation platform， the operation status of the generator sets in different management modes and the on-off state of switchboard bus-ties are discussed， so as to provide technical reference for the relevant design departments.
