Abstract： Thedevelopmentofanational cultural bigdata system is notonlya“new infrastructure”forthecultural sector， but alsoamajor choice tocomply withthe implementation ofthenational cultural digitization strategy.As the input endof culturaldata，thesupplysideplaysanimportantroleinlayingasolidfoundationintheentirenationalculturalbigdatasystem. Basedonthecoresubjectofarchives，thispaperidentifies theconnotation，characteristicsandrealizationbasisofthesupplyside development ofthe national cultural big data system.This paper analyzes therole positioning and practice status of archives inthe processofparticipating inthedevelopmentof thesupplysideofthe national culturalbigdata system.This paper alsoconducts theoreticalresearchonthekeyelementsof thecontributionofarchives，analyzes thecurentsituationof their work effectiveness，and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the path selection of archives.
