論作為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)制工具的檔案信息約束

摘  要：在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)制工具箱中，信息工具扮演著特殊的角色。檔案信息作為一類風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)制工具，其主要的約束方式包括：借助檔案信息實(shí)現(xiàn)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)制中的職責(zé)延續(xù)、預(yù)防管理和可追溯。厘清檔案信息作為風(fēng)險(xiǎn)規(guī)制工具的使用方式，對(duì)于進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)檔案信息的社會(huì)價(jià)值具有積極意義。

Abstract：  Information tools play a special role in the risk regulation toolbox. The main ways in which archival information is used as a type of risk regulation tool can be bound including the use of archival information for responsibilities continuation， preventive management and traceability in risk regulation. The clarification of the use of archival information as a risk regulation tool has positive implications for the further understanding of the social value of the archival information.
