Abstract: Taking the 23O t converter connection system as the research object, the ultimate working condition of the converter connection system is obtained by calculating the load change during the tilting process of the converter,and the stress distribution of the converter connection system and the maximum stress of the key parts under the ultimate working condition are obtained by Abaqus software,then the service strength of the converter connection system is checked. The results show that the connection system of converter can meet the service strength under the diffrent ultimate working conditions.

作為連接轉(zhuǎn)爐爐體與托圈的重要部件,轉(zhuǎn)爐連接系統(tǒng)需要保證爐體傾動到任何位置時都能將載荷傳遞到托圈上,同時保持爐體處于托圈中的正確位置,使得爐體在徑向和軸向相對于托圈固定而不產(chǎn)生晃動[]。(剩余4626字)
