Strategy Analysis on Promoting High-quality Development of Application-oriented Universities through the Construction of Intelligent Computing Platforms

Abstract：With the development of information technology，new business forms，models，and industries are emerging continuously，and the construction of computing infrastructure has gradually become a crucial support for thedigital transformation of universities.Application-oriented universities constitutea vital componentof higher education.Byanalyzing the characteristics of the high-quality development of application-oriented universities in the current era，this paper identifies the opportunities，challnges，and constraints they face during their development.Furthermore，it explores pathways to promote the high-quality development of application-oriented universities through aspects of party building，the construction of a unified common computing platform， supporting“ AI + education”，empowering educational scenarios，and building a data-driven governance system for universities.
