數(shù)字化時(shí)代事業(yè)單位檔案管理的信息化建設(shè)策略

摘 要：對(duì)事業(yè)單位檔案管理的信息化建設(shè)進(jìn)行探究，從檔案管理、檔案保存以及檔案資源共享的角度闡述了加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，并在分析當(dāng)前事業(yè)單位檔案管理信息化建設(shè)中存在問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合當(dāng)前的時(shí)代特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)，提出了一些建設(shè)策略，以提高事業(yè)單位檔案管理的質(zhì)量和效率。

Strategies for Informatization Construction of Archival Managementin Public Institutions in the Digital Age

Abstract：This paper investigates the informatization construction of archival management in public institutions，elaborating on the advantages of strengthening informatization from the perspectives of archival management，preservation，and resource sharing.Based on an analysis of existing problems in the current informatization construction of archival management in public institutions and considering contemporary technological advantages and characteristics，the paper proposes several construction strategies.These strategies aim to enhance the quality and efficiency of archival management in public institutions.
