摘要：文章介紹了實施浦東機(jī)場生產(chǎn)作業(yè)報修平臺項目的必要性、目標(biāo)和內(nèi)容，分析了項目難點和采取的解決方案。該項目旨在通過信息技術(shù)手段，實現(xiàn)機(jī)場設(shè)備的故障報告、故障診斷、維修派單、維修跟蹤、維修評價、維修統(tǒng)計等功能，提高機(jī)場設(shè)備的可靠性和維修水平，降低機(jī)場設(shè)備的故障風(fēng)險和維修費(fèi)用。

Digital Transformation of Airport Equipment Support Management Business

Abstract： This article introduces the necessity， objectives， and content of the production operation repair platform at Pudong Airport， analyzes the project difficulties and adopted solutions. The project aims to achieve the functions of fault reporting， fault diagnosis， maintenance dispatch， maintenance tracking， maintenance evaluation， and maintenance statistics of airport equipment through information technology， improve the reliability and maintenance level of airport equipment， and reduce the risk of fault and maintenance costs of airport equipment.
