摘要：在數(shù)字化時代，侵犯知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的行為日益增多，傳統(tǒng)的侵權(quán)判定方法難以滿足當(dāng)前的需求。文中介紹了人工智能應(yīng)用于侵權(quán)判定的優(yōu)勢和局限，介紹了具有人工智能技術(shù)代表性的ChatGPT，對其在知識產(chǎn)權(quán)侵權(quán)判定領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用提出思路，以促進(jìn)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)和侵權(quán)判定的進(jìn)步。

A Brief Analysis of Intellectual Property Infringement Determination from the Perspective of ChatGPT

Abstract： In the era of digitalization， the incidence of intellectual property infringement is on a steady rise， rendering traditional methods of infringement determination inadequate for current demands. This article expounds upon both the merits and limitations of employing artificial intelligence for infringement assessment. It introduces ChatGPT as a representative example of artificial intelligence technology， and outlines potential avenues for its application within the domain of intellectual property infringement assessment. These propositions are put forth with the aim of catalyzing advancements in the realms of intellectual property protection and infringement adjudication.
