摘要:在對(duì)一臺(tái)鍋爐主蒸汽閥門(mén)的磁粉檢測(cè)過(guò)程中,發(fā)現(xiàn)多處密級(jí)裂紋缺陷,文中通過(guò)微觀下的理化檢測(cè)對(duì)裂紋微觀形成原因進(jìn)行分析,并提出合理化建議。

Abstract: During the magnetic particle testing process of a boiler, multiple dense cracks were found. In the main steam valve. Drawing from this analysis, the study offers practical and reasonable recommendations for addressing these cracks and preventing future occurrences.

0 引言
主汽閥是鍋爐的一個(gè)重要承壓部件,保障鍋爐在啟、停機(jī)過(guò)程中主蒸汽正常的通斷,若鍋爐主汽閥出現(xiàn)故障甚至裂紋泄露,輕則影響鍋爐啟機(jī)進(jìn)度,造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失,重則無(wú)法保障鍋爐安全停機(jī)、泄露擴(kuò)展、甚至發(fā)生爆炸等重大安全事故。(剩余2284字)
